John Randolph – Managing Partner and CEO
John has 30 years of experience in the industry, with more than 20 years in supervisory and management roles. He has been a business leader in fixed-income sectors at firms including Merrill Lynch, GMAC-RFC, Jefferies and other broker dealers. John has an A.B. in Engineering Sciences and Computer Science from Dartmouth College and was a member of their football team. He holds Series 7, 24, 28, 53 and 63 licenses. John is based out of our headquarters in Austin, Texas.
David Weibel – Managing Partner and Director of Trading
David has 12 years of experience in financial markets, with 8 years in distressed fixed income and Real Estate assets. His experience within investment banking spans over research, analytics, trading, and sales, for both institutional and retail clients. Prior positions include World Class Capital Group and Tejas Securities. David holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 66 licenses and is an honors graduate of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas with a degree in Finance.
Dave Jones – Financial Advisory Services and COO
Dave brings over 15 years’ experience in the financial sector to the Stonecrest team. Prior to joining Stonecrest, he was an analyst and trader at Western Asset Management in New York. He has also held various roles in trading and operations at Legg Mason and Citigroup Asset Management. Dave holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, and graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance.
